TSR Watermark Image software, is a free program for personal use that can add digital watermarks to all your images, photos and pictures with the transparency you decide. The program can also resize the images before the digital watermark is added.
When creating the watermark, you can use either text or another picture as the source of the watermark. If you want to add the watermark to the background, you can set the logo or the text to be more or less transparent, and define the transparency color on the image or select the first pixel in the upper left corner as transparency color.
You can even use this program instead of photoshop to watermark your images, this is a quicker and more easy way of getting a watermark on all your images. Also use the watermarked image in Word, Excel or images used in pdf files can be made with this watermarking software.

Paint.NET è un programma d’immagini a codice sorgente aperto che fa uso delle librerie del .NET Framework. La costruzione del programma cominciò come un progetto per Microsoft Windows, all’ Università di Washington negli Stati Uniti (Washington State University WSU), gli studenti furono aiutati dalla Microsoft. Paint.NET è scritto con il linguaggio di programmazione C# (C Sharp), con piccole parti scritte in C++.
Alcuni pensavano che Paint.NET sarebbe diventato il successore del vecchio Microsoft Paint, il famoso programma distribuito con Windows, ciò non è accaduto. Inoltre Paint.NET è rilasciato sotto licenza MIT ed è pure a codice sorgente aperto.
Paint.NET nacque come un progetto di Scienze dell’Informazione nella primavera del 2004 all’ università Statale di Washington. Rick Brewster, uno del progettisti principali dice sul suo web-blog che la version 1.0 fu scritta in 4 mesi in 36,000 linee di codice. Una versione recente, la versione 3.06, per esempio è scritta in approssimativamente 140.000 linee di codice. Il progetto Paint.NET continuò nell’estate successivo ed anche oltre, fino ad arrivare alla versione 2.0.
Lo sviluppo del progetto continua con due sviluppatori che adesso lavorano alla Microsoft, entrambi hanno lavorato alle versioni precedenti del progetto, quando erano ancora studenti alla WSU (Washington State University).
